Spicy Ingefära is a tasty green sencha tea with pieces of ginger and carrots. Perfect for drinking freshly brewed on a cold winter's day but also chilled during the hot days of summer.
Iced tea: Fill an Iced Tea Control from Finum until the jug narrows with ice and lemon. Scoop up some Spicy Ginger and pour into the strainer. Place the strainer in the jug and pour boiling water over it so that the jug is filled. Put the lid on so that the stop side is turned so that the tea can be brewed. Let steep for 4 minutes, then twist the tea to separate from the liquid. Fill a few ice-filled glasses, throw in a lemon wedge or two and enjoy!
