Motta Piana coffee Leveling Tool Red 58 mm from Italian Metallurgica Motta in high-quality stainless steel. The tool helps you get a smooth surface in your portafilter. You pour ground coffee into the portafilter basket and then you put the leveling tool on top of it. Then turn the tool 2-4 times without pressing it down. In this way, you get an even distribution of the ground coffee in the filter holder. Finally, use a tamper to get an even pressure, then it's ready for brewing.
